We accept exchanges within 25 days of delivery for items in original condition. To initiate an exchange, contact us at supplyunseen@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns for money.

For exchanges, shipping costs will be covered by the company for domestic orders. For international orders, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We ship via Australia Post using Express, Parcel, and International services. Tracking is automatically sent once your order is fulfilled.

Domestic shipping:

  • Express: 1–2 business days

  • Standard: 2–6 business days

International shipping:

  • Standard: 6–14 business days

  • Express: 3–7 business days

Delays may occur due to customs or peak periods. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
